Board:

Main Barn - $1,100/month

Red Barn and Four Stall Barn - $950/month

Includes

Supply and feeding of Bermuda and Alfalfa hay

Stall cleaning and bedding

Outdoor arena maintenance

Daily turnout, weather permitting

Wash racks and crosstie areas

Grooming & Care:

Monthly - $500/month flat fee

Includes

Supply and feeding of Purina grain twice daily

Supply and feeding any specialty hay

Blanketing and unblanketing

Grooming 5 days per week

Hand walking, 5 days per week, as needed

Administering medications, as needed

First aid, as needed

Training:

Full Training - $1,000/month flat fee

Includes

Custom program of lessons and training rides 5 days per week

Required to also be in Grooming & Care

Half Training - $600/month flat fee

Includes

Custom program of lessons and training rides 3 days per week

Sales & Rehab Training - $800/month flat fee

Includes

Custom program of hand walking or riding, in accordance with a veterinarian, 5 days per week

 Required to also be in Grooming & Care

Quarterly Supply Fee:

$200 flat fee

Includes unlimited supply of the following products for at home and shows

Fly spray, coat conditioner, alcohol, and hoof care

Grooming supplies

Tack soap and sponges

Liniments, poultice, and hoof packing

Saddle pads and laundry services

Lessons:

One Lesson Per Week Subscription - $700/month flat fee

Two Lessons Per Week Subscription - $1,400/month flat fee

Sales and Leases:

12% commission
